Are you listing my house on Zillow or buying it?

How do you make your money?

Once you contact us and we view your property, will will determine what ways we can help you, and if it’s a fit… we’ll buy your house. We make our money after we pay for any necessary repairs on the house to fix it up so it’s ready for the next homewoners. Then we sell, and that when we make our profit.

Is there any obligation when I submit my info?

Absolutely not. We strongly believe that you have to make the best decision that works for you (and we have to make the same for us). We offer multiple solution to your unique situation, even if it doesn’t result in a deal for us.

How are you different from a real estate agent?

Real estate agents list properties and hope that someone will buy them. The average time to sell a property in many markets has slowed over the past few months. Then, you pay a commission as a percent of the sales price when you work with a real estate agent. Usually it’s 6% of the sales price (so if it’s a $100,000 house, you’ll pay $6,000 in commission to agents). Agents provide a great service for those that can wait out the market and who can pay the commission on the sale. If you decide to work with us,  we can make a decision to buy your house within a couple of days. Again, we make our living by taking the risk to buy the house with our own cash, repair the house, and market it ourselves to find a buyer (which is the hard part in this market).

How do you determine the price to offer on my house?

Our process is rather simple. We look at the location, the current condition, what repairs are needed to sell to a new buyer, and the values of comparable houses sold in the area recently. What if I still have a loan on my house?
